We typically charge for services by the hour, but we are willing to consider a wide range of alternative fee arrangements that fit a circumstance. Alternative fee arrangements which we have successfully agreed to in the past include: contingency; reduced hourly rate and partial contingency; reduced hourly rate and success fee; and quantity discount. However, ultimately for us to consider handling a matter on contingency, full or partial, it would have to be one in which we believed that if we (and you) were successful, we would earn no less than what we would have earned had we been working by the hour.

Snell Legal has two offices in close proximity to I-95 and can be reached quickly and easily from anywhere in east central Florida.
